Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 is a first-person shooter video game and the seventh installment in the Rainbow Six series. It was first announced by Ubisoft on November 20, 2007, available on Xbox and PlayStation. The lead character in the previous game - Logan Keller had been removed in this edition. Instead, players take on the role of Bishop, a member of the Rainbow Brigade, and the co-op players assume the role of Bishop's teammate - Knight.
The game is described as a "part sequel, part prequel." It takes place both before and at the same time as Logan Keller's story and continues after the end of the first game. Additionally, the teammate AI has been vastly improved in single-player. Players can be covered by the teammate AI and give commands to AI, such as throw a grenade at a specific spot.
