Lies of P is an action role-playing game, developed by Neowiz Games and Round8 Studio. It was released by Neowiz in September 2023 for macOS, Windows, Xbox, and PlayStation. The game is basically based on The Adventures of Pinocchio by Carlo Collodi, which tells the story of a puppet travels through the city of Krat. The city is plagued by both a petrifying disease and a puppet uprising. Lies of P features a third-person perspective, with players using melee weapons as well as robotic arms equipped with various tools to battle rival puppets, factions, and citizens disfigured by the disease. By October 2023, Lie of P has sold over 1 million units. It was also nominated for several year-end honors and appeared on numerous lists of the top video games of 2023.
